Add one or many hubs to an existing order template, converting that order template to a multi-segment order template.

If it is the first time adding a hub to an order template, it will convert it to a multi-segment order template.
Note that Basic Authentication is required for all requests
as such, make sure to provide the Authorization header with a valid value.
