This endpoint tells where a driver is. latitude and longitude are 0 when the driver is Offline or when its
position is unknown. The position is not dated and may be old: GET api/v1/drivers/{id} gives its time in
deviceinfo.lastPositionUpdate when the driver has a device. An unknown or archived driver returns a 404.
