This endpoint finds the fuelSurchargeCalculatorId that the calculated modes of a table require, and names
the calculator of a table. Each calculator comes with its id, name and type: 0 Formula, 1 Sheet; its formula
or sheet is not returned. Requires an administrator; other users get a 403.
