This endpoint changes one dated entry of a table. Call it once the user has confirmed the new rates, which
apply to orders priced in its period. Read the entry first with
GET api/v1/fuelsurcharges/tables/{id}/fuel-surcharges/active and a date in its period: fuelSurchargeId is
its id. vehicleSurcharges, never null, must list exactly the vehicle types whose isOverridden is true, even
to change only the startDate: a type left out loses its override. Each item needs vehicleTypeId, mode and
rate: 0 to 100 percent for mode 0, 0 or more per distance unit for mode 1, 2 decimals at most; omit
fuelPricesId and fuelSurchargeCalculatorId for modes 0 and 1; modes 2 and 3 need both, and rate 0. Leave
startDate empty to keep it, or send another day (yyyy-MM-dd): the current one is refused. On success the
response has no body; an unknown table or entry returns a 404. Requires an administrator; other users get a
403.
