Reduce the expiry date of the active parcel using its barcode

An active parcel is a parcel that has not expired yet.
The new expiry date must be between now (minus a 5 minutes grace period) and the parcel's current expiry date.
Once expired, the parcel's barcode can be reused by a new parcel.
