This endpoint finds the serviceLevelId to send when quoting or creating an order. Each schedule lists the ids of
the service levels it offers; the schedule of an account is the serviceLevelScheduleId returned by
GET api/v1/accounts/{accountId}. Reattempt service levels and those not open to API orders are listed too, but
refused when quoting or creating an order.
